Meet Joseph
Joseph “Joey” Rosas has spent ten years remodeling homes across Houston. He runs every job himself: he is the one who walks your home, writes the estimate and checks the work before the crew leaves.
Clients call him back for the next room: a kitchen one year, a nursery the next. “Do it once, do it right” is how he quotes, and he quotes in English or Spanish.

- It’s free. Joseph comes to your home, measures and talks through what you want, then sends a written estimate. Want a first number sooner? Text photos to 832-596-2800.

- How can I pay?
- We accept credit cards. We don’t offer financing.
- Do you give a warranty?
- Yes. Joseph stands behind his workmanship, and the warranty terms are written on your estimate.

- Do I need a permit?
- Cosmetic work such as paint, flooring and cabinets usually doesn’t need one in Houston or Sugar Land. When a job does, like moving plumbing or electrical, we tell you up front, before work starts.
